The fourth edition of the ibero-american congress on Public Innovation, is organized by the Cabildo de Tenerife, the university of La Laguna, its founding Assembly (FGULL) and NovaGob.
Since its start in 2014 this meeting that brings together the innovative ibero-american public has continued to increase. In this fourth edition, to be held the coming days 18, 19 and 20 october 2017, at the facilities of the university of La Laguna, in the canary islands (Spain), there will be a programme that will cover issues relevant to the public administrations of the region, as well as the major trends in the Field of innovation.
As in previous years, there is a double working methodology:
- At an earlier stage, collaborative design program, through the “ virtual ” that opens to the participation of their community.
- In the congress, in a presencial way, for three days in which they combine the round tables, face-to-face discussions, presentations and express a keynote speech. Finally, will be handed over NovaGob Excellence Awards elected by the members of the community NovaGob.
The Congress NovaGob will focus on the following thematic areas:
- Talent the human factor to the transformation of the public sector
- Innovation new ways of thinking, new ways of doing
- Scanning digital, transformation for generating public value
- Professional ethics and integrity as a cross-cutting theme of the congress.
