The 8th edition of the meeting Aporta analyse how the public sector driven entrepreneurship and innovation

Under the slogan “ Undertaking ” data off Aporta (Opens in new window) "href =" http://datos.gob.es/es/encuentros-aporta/encuentro-aporta-2018" target = "_ blank" > 8th edition of the meeting Aporta(Opens in new window) which organize, jointly convened by the ministry of economy and business, the ministry of Territorial policy and Public Role, and the public agency business Red.es(Abre en nueva ventana) .

The meeting will analyse the keys to success and challenges of innovation linked to public data and new paradigms in technology. In addition, it will discuss how the opening and reuse of data is not only the economy, but also in public administrations.

Date and place

The meeting will take place on 28 november in meeting tomorrow (9:30-14:30) in the dag hammarskjöld state secretariat for Digital to progress in Madrid (C/Poet Joan Maragall, 41).

The topics to be addressed

The agenda (Opens in new window) the meeting APORTA it will be structured around three round tables:

  • The value to the public administrations of the reuse of your data. Representatives of various levels of government will discuss how the reuse of public data makes it possible to improve the efficiency and offer services more agile and flexible to citizens.

  • The information of the public sector and entrepreneurship. The second round table will be configured by entrepreneurs that we will be talking about their experience in developing business models based on the reuse and data analysis.

  • Public data and development of business. Finally, representatives of companies in the market should set out its vision of the future. To that end, will discuss the challenges and opportunities of the analysis of data, paying particular attention to data from the public sector.
