The
Royal Decree 128/2018
published in the BOE of 17 march, addressed a wide range of issues related to the selection, training, retraining, appointment of a first destination as well as the powers reserved to the Local government officials with empowerment at national level.
In particular, with regard to the electronic administration, at its eighth additional provision on electronic exercise the powers reserved, provides that “ for the purpose of the exercise in electronic form of reserved functions to officials regulated this royal decree, the posts of their own shall have the consideration of organs, except as provided for in title X of act 7/1985 of 2 april, which regulates the basis of the Legal Regime. ”
