TCN2PDF is a library Java (jar file) which allows the conversion of accounting documents TELCON format in a visual representation of the same in PDF format. It refers to the accounting records adopted by the Order of the ministry of Economy and finance of 1 february 1996, on certain accounting documents to be used by the General state administration and subsequent amendments.
