On 12 february 2015, CTIC Technology Centre organizes in Gijón the first international conference on transparency and Open Data.
The market of the data covers all sectors of activity, both governmental and private, and their growth potential grows exponentially.
These cases, constitute one of the foundations of the website of the future, which is already becoming in the ‘ site of the data ’.
At previous conferences on the basis of the Web organized by CTIC, world-class rapporteurs as Tim Berners Lee, Vinton Cerf, Jakob Nielsen or Jeffrey Zeldman, and for this edition 2015 is already confirmed the presence of lecturers from the highest level from various countries.
The objective of the conference is to establish a forum for discussion on the transparency of governments and private organizations, the open, reuse, and the technologies associated with them (open data, big data, site of the things, etc.) through presentations, panel discussions and networking.
