From my point of view, the best way to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the information society is known for each procedure what percentage of the electronic procedure is and what other methods. The way in which arise figures now is not possible to determine what governments are working better. From the point of view of the citizen and, worse, from the point of view of the management the current procedure is useless.
