Last june and in accordance with article 22 REGULATION (EU) 2018/1724 the european parliament and council of 2 october 2018 concerning the establishment of a Digital Gateway Única of access to information, procedures and appropriate assistance and resolution of problems and amending council regulation (EU) # 1024/2012, the european commission adopted the logo Única Digital Gateway and the name of “ Europe ”, Your name of the portal which was already known to many european citizens. The logo will be used in addition, a seal of quality for the pages of the member states that form part of this gateway. The seal of quality will have a link from which it will be accessible to the requirements of quality that carry pages such seal.
The Regulation attached great importance to the quality of the pages connected to the gateway, devoting its entire chapter III to the quality requirements. Its purpose is to facilitate the use of the gateway to all european citizens, regardless of their status, to remove barriers and to enhance the european internal market.
