Este proyecto permite que las Entidades Locales que están en una situación más avanzada, puedan aprovechar y potenciar este escenario, incorporándose a una plataforma de interoperabilidad, que les facilita el intercambio de Certificados en formato electrónico, de tal forma que el ciudadano no tenga que “presentar documentos que ya se encuentren en poder de la Administración actuante”.
