The objective of this project is to increase the resources of connectivity of local entities of the province of a transparent and independent base technology used and available in each case. This has increased the availability of data and applications, improved the speed of access to services currently implanted, adequate infrastructure to new paradigms of services (outsourcing) and allows the integration of other initiatives based on the availability of resources connectivity.
The project consists of hardware acquisition suited to equip the municipalities of a greater capacity of effective bandwidth in their communications within the communications infrastructure currently available. Have been installed 80 units of communication accelerators Citrix 8310 WANScaler based on domestic and algorithms implemented physically in these devices, have managed to remove the layers mas external communication protocols (particularly IP), providing the communication from an effective bandwidth much higher than the obtained by name.
Installed equipment has not involved changes in the internal procedures of entities involved, or level of administration of users and/or applications, or level of information management.
Moreover is independent of the communications technology used, covering possible updates of the same according to the different operators who may have presence in each location.
Maintains the current level connection to the confidentiality and integrity of the information because it is not add any additional treatment at this point, the project focusing on improving communication skills available.
The adoption of the solutions presented has provided the necessary resources for improving the interconnection between administrations, whether the scope.
