  The Electronic Register common is the electronic register of the electronic site General access point (P), http :// sede.administracion.gob.es/PAG _ Headquarters/LaSedePAG.html. Allows for the submission of requests, submissions and communications to the public administrations, not in accordance with administrative procedures already covered in the Electronic Headquarters of the various administrations.
  This service is accessible from The Internet for all citizens with physical or legal personality, as well as for representatives acting on their behalf. To access the service and send the request is only necessary to have Electronic identity card or Digital certificate.
