The past 20 September 2018 entered into force most provisions of the new Royal Decree 1112 / 2018, 7 September, on the web accessibility and applications for mobile devices in the public sector that incorporates into Spanish law Directive (HAT) 2016 / 2102 of the European Parliament and of the board of 26 October 2016, on the accessibility of websites and applications for mobile devices of the public sector agencies (Opens in new window).
Since then there have been numerous consultations on some of its precepts, how to apply and the period in which should be done, especially from the standpoint of public administrations which are entities forced to implement it. For this reason, since the Observatory of Web Accessibility have been prepared these materials:
