The policy for the management of electronic documents of the ministry of finance and Public Administrations (MINHAP) has been prepared by the working group on technology Support and Regulation (GATN), established within the working group for the coordination of files (OEWG), under the coordination of the Technical Secretariat-General.
In its preparation expertise multidisciplinary origin, essentially of archivists and responsibility in the files and of experts in information and communications technology; it has also been enriched with the participation of people from different agencies MINHAP administrative Technical: secretary-General, General direction of the cadastre, national tax administration agency, General Intervention of state administration, directorate General for the civil service, national institute of public administration, information and communication technologies (formerly General directorate of Administrative Procedures, and encouraging the E-government), Sub-Department of information and Communications, division of information and communications systems and General inspection. We also have been part of the group of experts of the subdirectorate General of the state archives and the sub-department of technologies (Ministry of Culture) and the ministry of the chair.
The electronic document management it is accompanied by a separate document additional presentations that deal with topics such as metadata, electronic signature, registration, documentary series, conservation and handling of the electronic mail and electronic transfer of electronic documents, destruction or safe disposal of electronic documentation and support and valuation documentary.
The Policy of electronic document management application in the ministry of finance and public administrations; however, given the diversity of the experts who participated in its formulation, application or its adoption by the agencies and under the MINHAP. Also, that diversity facilitates reuse with limited adaptations in other ministerial departments. Indeed, once published is available and free use of the bodies and entities of any administration.
