- Service for managing appointments of citizens via internet, in person and telephone. Consists of a backend which definixes the structure of appointments (procedures, working hours, etc.) and manages the appointments (obtaining listings and information about appointments, if appointments llaure face-to-face or by telephone, etc.) and a frontend on the internet in which the citizen ca obtain, consult and invalidate their appointments.
