ROLSAC is an administrative content management tool targeted at non-technical staff, who can thus manage public administration information on their web pages. Several user profiles can be defined (editor, supervisor and administrator) and associated with specific administrative units they will have access to. This tool serves as content aggregator for other public administrations, thus becoming a multi-administrative manager.
