Important. Reminder. Activation of new types of signature format in the responses of @firma Unshade accordion

We remind you that in version of @firma in STABLE SERVICES is currently available suitable detection of type of signature format eIDAS standards. This alignment is to indicate on responses from generation, updating and validation of signatures, format 'Baseline' as information of the format of signature detected, if the signature follows the same. This has meant a small change in @firma responses, since from now on the information returned in the fields [SignatureType] and [SignatureForm] expands, podent come shown new types Baseline.

The change in the production environment is planned for the next 31 / 01 / 2018.

The policy change is enabled by the regulation (HAT) No 910 / 2014 of the European Parliament and of the board of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and services of confidence for electronic transactions in the internal market, and more specifically for the decision of Execution (HAT) 2015 / 1506 of 8 September 2015 laying down the specifications formats of advanced electronic signatures advanced and stamps that must recognize the public sector agencies in accordance with articles 27 (5, and 37 (5) of the Rules eIDAS ( https: / / www.boe.es / doue / 2015 / 235 / L00037-00041.pdf ).

Not all electronic signatures to validate will be identified with format of the new profile baseline as it must comply with a series of specific requirements that correspond to the backup profile, so that some of them will be identified with the traditional format. For information it sets out the following formats equivalency traditional and the new formats' Baseline ':

    CAdES-BES / -EPES -- > CAdES B-Level

    CAdES-T -- > CAdES T-Level

    XAdES-BES / -EPES -- > XAdES B-Level

    XAdES-T -- > XAdES T-Level

    XAdES-X-L -- > XAdES LT-Level

    XAdES-A -- > XAdES LTA-Level

    PAdES-BES / -EPES -- > PAdES B-Level

    PAdES-LTV -- > PAdES T-Level / LT-Level / LTA-Level

Baseline profiles are in many cases a subset of the traditional formats.

Taking into account that the change in the production environment is close at hand, we recommend to review the behavior in the environment of stable services if necessary for some adaptation thereon.

New version of @firma in production Unshade accordion

As the culmination of deployment recently conducted in services stable, had been updated version of @firma in production.

Major developments in this version are the validation of foreign certificates to match the TSL and adjustment of the signature format detected at specified formats in the regulation eIDAS.

For validation off the TSL, @firma will return information from the certificate's validity and information of the fields as they appear in the own certificate without map. Therefore, @firma will behave in that case slightly differently to as it does for certificates issued by Spanish lenders, for those who are returned a standardized fields, through a mapping, which are used by applications for retrieving the person or entity signatory. For example, to Certificates validated off the TSL, are not going to return fields such as the name or Name and surname or DNI. Instead, they returned fields like "Subject" or "Alternative name of the holder" that can contain the information of name or surname but with the format you set each Certification service provider.

Regarding the suitability to regulation eIDAS the type of signature detected by @firma, recalls that may require adaptations by applications to recognize the new labels as explained in the news from 13 June this same section. This change is available in Stable Services since last 01 / 08 / 2017 but it will not be activated in the production environment until the end of the year.

This version of @firma will be available in Production before the end of the month, so it is strongly recommended to perform tests.

In particular, the adequacy of type of signature detected eiDAS regulations may require adaptations by applications to recognize the new tags. Therefore, this change does not apply in services Stable until 01 / 08 / 2017 and in production until the end of the year.

The adequacy of the signature formats detected is to indicate on responses from generation, updating and validation of signatures, format "Baseline" as information of the format of signature detected, if the signature follows the same. This is a small change in @firma responses, since from now on the information returned in the fields [SignatureType] and [SignatureForm] expands, podent come shown new types Baseline. These types are equivalent to traditional formats and always when firms include a series of requirements.

The new format represents a more generic profile and is used to ensure the cross-border interoperability of signatures. Base profile PAdES (ETSI TS 103172 v2.2.2)
Base profile of the container (ETSI TS 103174 v2.2.1)

Not all electronic signatures to validate will be identified with format of the new profile basis as it must comply with a series of specific requirements that correspond to the backup profile, so that some of them will be identified with the traditional format. For information it sets out the following formats equivalency traditional and the new formats "Baseline"

You must bear in mind that not all electronic signatures to validate will be identified with format of the new profile basis as it must comply with a series of specific requirements that correspond to the backup profile, so that some of them will be identified with the traditional format. Authentication of petitions Unshade accordion

When it will improve access to the platform @firma and recommendations on security according to the current legislation, it is necessary that all complaints to the platform @firma authentication mechanisms used more robust than the ID of application.

If today its / s application / is not configured with any authentication method, we adapt the calls of web services to use some of the mechanisms that offers the standard WS-Security for this purpose, which You can choose UserNameToken Profile (login / password) or X.509 Certificate Profile (certificate). We recommend to use the authentication method through certificate and thus can benefit from the advantages of security added that the use of the electronic signature offers as the guarantee the integrity and the non-repudiation. To facilitate the integration, has been recently published a new kit integration in the download area of the project in the CTT which includes the necessary support to do so. May continue using the current method without authenticate until 15 / 09 / 2011, date from which requests will only be accepted authenticated.

Why is published in the download area a new version of the file ACL, which we should be transmitted indicating the authentication method desired. In case of select "Username and password" should indicate your own ACL such data. In case of select "Certificate", recommended option, should enclose the public part of the selected certificate.

To access to the service platform OCSP @firma MPR will require the signing petitions from the date indicated above.

Please and strongly to avoid any problem, which expressly inform us adaptation to the authentication mechanisms described their applications once occurred to be recorded and facilitate the monitoring of this whole process.
