The Community has expanded to 34, the number of documents that citizens are free to submit in his efforts and arrangements with various departments of the regional administration, “ what has been a saving of 638.275 euros in the first five months of this year, in addition to reducing administrative burdens and the time of management, by avoiding unnecessary displacement administrative units ”, as noted by the director-general of the civil service and quality of services, Enrique Gallego.
Recent documents that have been incorporated into this catalogue of administrative simplification are the certificate on personal income tax of the state agency for tax administration (AEAT) and of registration as a jobseeker a precise date of the public employment service Estatal (SEPE), which are obtained through the platform for Interoperability of the community.
Enrique Gallego recalled that the regional administration “ continues to progress in the area of simplifying administrative procedures and measures of e-government in order to facilitate the implementation of those procedures ”.
Progress in simplifying administrative matters
The catalogue of services available in the beijing platform for Interoperability includes, inter alia, the national identity card, the certificate of unit, cadastral, university degrees, certificates of birth, marriage and death or the Social security, among others.
