The board of castile and León enhanced and improved the invoice to facilitate internal control, reduce red tape and further information to suppliers.

The government has adopted a decree which improves the registration of documents to pay of the board, which is the creation of the new recording of Invoices.

This strikes a triple focus: on the one hand, provide a more effective mechanism to the internal control; on the other, reduce red tape and, lastly, increase transparency, as suppliers of autonomous Executive may access the information on the status of its records when they so wish.

The board of castile and León managed 541.992 invoices for suppliers of goods or services in 2013, for the first time were 3,540 viewed through the platform for electronic invoicing, which began operating in the spring.

The main feature of the new system is that allows all the information on the invoices submitted by suppliers in administrative registers, regardless of the support they have used for this. The payment period is situated in 28,97 days in september.
