Se han revisado las guías existentes y se han actualizado aquellas a las que afecta el nuevo estándar WCAG 2.1. Además, también se ha actualizado la guía de validación de la accesibilidad para adaptarla a requerimientos europeos.

On 20 September 2018 entered into force Real Decreto 1112/2018, de 7 de septiembre, sobre accesibilidad de los sitios web y aplicaciones para dispositivos móviles del sector público (Opens in new window) , which incorporates into Spanish law Directive (HAT) 2016/21022 (Opens in new window) .

In the royal decree establishes as accessibility requirements to meet the specified in the harmonised that the European commission has published on 21 December 2018 through the implementation decision (HAT) 2018/2048. Bajo este nuevo marco, el Ministerio de Política Territorial y Función Pública, a través del Observatorio de Accesibilidad Web, ha adaptado las guías previamente existentes que se ven afectadas por los nuevos requisitos del estándar armonizado y, por consiguiente, por las WCAG 2.1. Estas nuevas versiones de las guías las podrá encontrar en la sección " Practical Guides " dentro de los "Materiales de ayuda" en el portal de Administración electrónica - PAe.

Below are the new guides:

  • Accessibility guide in Electronic Headquarters : El objetivo de esta guía es el de ayudar a los técnicos responsables del desarrollo de Sedes electrónicas en la tarea de incluir mecanismos de tramitación electrónica, de tal forma que éstos sean accesibles según los requisitos que dictan las normativas vigentes, permitiendo así el acceso a ellos a todos los usuarios, independientemente de sus propias limitaciones o las derivadas de su entorno.
  • Guía de cuestiones básicas de Accesibilidad para los Editores Finales de Contenidos : The purpose of this guide is to provide an overview of the management of accessibility using content managers stressing especially the critical role play editors late content. Moreover, it is also has produced a new version of the Guide to Web accessibility validation . The aim of this guide is used as a reference to carry out evaluation processes or revision of accessibility of the contents of a website, based on various automated tools and manuals, during the different cycles of life. This guide aims to be useful to both developers, content publishers or other staff, in general, are connected with the validation of the objectives of accessibility of a website from the start of their design to the content management and monitoring during the production phase. In this case, in addition to the alignment with the new WCAG 2.1 and update the relationship of tools available, have been introduced the requirements for accessibility revisions according to the "1112/2018 and moreover the constraints imposed by Implementation decision (HAT) 2018/1524 (Opens in new window) with regard to the accessibility revisions in depth.
