The Sectoral conference public administration is the body of cooperation in public administration among the General administration of the state of the autonomous communities, cities and autonomous Ceuta Melilla and the Local administration. Its organization and operation are governed by the resolution of 16 November 2018, the secretariat of State of Public Function, which publishes the agreement of the Sectoral Conference Public Administration, which approves the regulations of organization and operation (BOE of 17 November 2018) (Opens in new window)

The Sectoral commission Electronic Administration (CSAE) is a technical body chaired by the secretary General of Digital Administration of the ministry of Territorial Policy and public function for the cooperation of the General administration of the state of the autonomous communities, constituent entities of the Local administration in the field of electronic administration. It involves the holders of the directorates of autonomous communities and cities with responsibilities for Electronic Administration, by the General administration of the State General Secretariat of Digital Administration . The Local government entities will be represented by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces. And also participates as invited the CRUE, Guiding Conference Spanish universities.

Within the Sectoral Commission sets working groups technicians to share experiences and good practices or for projects in collaboration.
