BCN Vincles (BCN Links) is a new service the social services department of the city of Barcelona which helps to maintain contact with the elderly. Vincles BCN allows make video calls to a third person, upload videos, photos and suggest meetings. To activate this application, a senior member of Vincles has to provide an access code to your network.
