The Modelo de política de gestión de documentos electrónicos para Entidades Locales (PGD-eL) contains the model documentary management policy local, table of functional classification and Contents of documentary series that will allow the management of electronic documents of municipalities, under the national schema interoperability, (ENI). This document is at the service of local entities, especially those smaller and more difficult to develop a policy of electronic document management.
This model is the result of the work developed by organizations valencianas del college of Secretaries, supervisors and treasurer of the Local administration (COSITAL), the association of Computer technicians of the Local administration (ATIAL) together with a group of archivists and technicians documentary management.
The belief that in the local subsector have been seeking convergence spaces between Archivists, computer and municipal secretaries, from a multidisciplinary approach to provide a complete picture of the technical aspects of the archival science and documentary, of the TIC and legal aspects of any public policy for the effective implementation of the administration digital.
Since this belief, on 28 April 2016 was formed in the municipality of the 33 Valldigna (Valencia) a multidisciplinary team that drafted the model, together with a model of Table of classification, in order to make them available to all municipalities Spaniards who can prove useful and, at the time, input London.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Function publishes the model of management policy of electronic documents for Local Entities (PGD-eL) to facilitate their dissemination and availability between local entities and serve as a basis for future work in this area by the working group of document, file and Archivo-e of sectoral Commission E-government.
