. This document defines the procedure used by the NCC for recognition of the technical capacity of those entities, Bodies, agencies and units associated or dependent on public administration, whose duties include the development of systems audits of information.
It also defines the requirements that must meet the Technical audit (TAO) of the public Sector to such recognition for audit in accordance with the NHIS and issuing certificates.
