International Context

The ELGE Government Index Digitala (Leiho berri batean Irekitzen Du) analyzes the transition from e-government to digital government. Understood as the transition from digitalization of administrative procedures in an online administration, to completely digital public services, designed thinking in user, simpler, more accesible and proactive. Services that  really meet citizens’ needs.
