It has published the public consultation prior to the transposition of the Directive (EU) 2019/1024 the european parliament and council of 20 june 2019 on open access and reuse of public sector information.
With this directive is to improve the provision of access to real-time dynamic data through appropriate technical means, by increasing the supply of public data valuable for reuse, including those of public enterprises, organizations and research funding organizations that carry out research activities addressing the emergence of new forms of exclusive agreements and the use of exceptions to the principle of marginal cost pricing.
This public consultation aims to collect the views of citizens and major organisations potentially affected by the future regulation. This procedure is published in the web Ministry of economic and Digital Transformation . The citizens, organizations and associations, so they can make their views up to 31 july 2020.
