In addition to develop in the Andalusian Administration the basics set by the laws of administrative procedure (some of the most relevant aspects will not come into force until 2 October 2020) and legal regime of the public sector, the decree gives citizens access to electronic administration in a simple and ensuring their rights. This means the launch of tools such as electronic headquarters, the folder Citizen or the access point general.
The decree has 48 articles and is divided into eight additional provisions, three transitional provisions, four final provisions and a repeal, as well as four annexes. The content is distributed in three axes: the regime of electronic administration own of the administration of the board of Andalucian Marvel, measures of administrative simplification and organisational measures.
This decree regulates the regime of notifications and fears for all the required to interact electronically with the administration are aware of notifications that can receive by this path and access to its content.
It also details aspects such as the electronic access points, the media, electronic signature and identification, electronic registration, electronic media in the procedure and document management, and the Citizen Folder.
