El Sistema de Interconexión de Registros (SIR) se consolida como servicio de administración electrónica.

Since its launch 15-fold the number of electronic records annually sent via SIR. The current number of exchanges exceeds $5.6, with an average of 300,000 monthly exchanges.
The figures of exchanges of registration processed through the platform SIR, show the exponential growth of its use, both by Administrations as citizens and businesses. This trend line will increase in coming years with the additions of administrations that are not yet integrated.
The registry entries exchanged electronically and its accompanying documentation digitalised, the estimated saving in a shipment of average size is 4 euros.
Currently are integrated assistance offices records of the three levels of administration: State, Autonomous Communities (except Navarra) and a Spanish municipalities, as well as several universities. Well over 65% of the Spanish population counts with a 'Room SIR' next to your home.
Moreover citizens and businesses can interact electronically with these administrations through the Electronic Registration overall AGE (REC) with internet connection and digital certificate. Since the Act came into force 39/2015 last 2 October 2016, it has gone from by the REC twelve registration per day, to overcome the 2,000 per day.
