By bringing into SIR of the General register office of the Xunta de Galicia, enabled the electronic exchange of registration to all Consellerías and over 200 administrative units through the implementation of certified AIRES.
The Xunta de Galicia was integrated into
SIR
last november, having successfully passed the certification stage in the standard SICRES 3.0 for your application. This certification authorizes the regional government for the integration of their registration in Registry Platform SIR.
In addition the citizens may submit requests, submissions and communications to any administration, in accordance with the rules on electronic administration governed by law 39/2015 and 40/2015.
With the activation in SIR of 3 april of the General register office of the Xunta de Galicia is finished on virtually the process of integration into SIR of the regional government in the absence of which are gradually adding other Auxiliary registry offices.
With AIRES, the other applications in certified SICRES 3.0 and common services: ORVE and GEISER of the secretariat-General for administration Digital is giving coverage for the electronic interchange of records to a large percentage of citizens and administrations, have now been exchanged over three million registration, with a rate of digitization of documentation for more than 90 per cent.
SIR therefore contributes to reducing the costs of processing for the elimination of the role and shortens the processing time as the electronic exchange is almost immediately.
