These changes will take effect from 1 july
In order to align itself with the categories and characteristics of the new services based on the rules of procedure eIDAS should be considered as follows:
Certificates of electronic seal relate, from 1 july, on the list of confidence of suppliers of certification services as "" unskilled certificates, as provided for in chapter II of annex I Implementation decision (EU) 2015/1505 of 8 september 2015 establishing the technical specifications and forms related to the lists of confidence in accordance with article 22, paragraph 5, of the Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 the european parliament and the council, on the electronic identification and confidence to electronic transactions in the internal market.
- Under the broadcasting service MINETUR website, as provided for in article 30.2 of $certificates of both headquarters and the seal of electronic public administration will be reported since 1 july in the category of unskilled "certificates".
Therefore, from the above-mentioned date, certificates of headquarters (classification 3 in @firma) and seal (classification 4 in @firma) according to law 11/2007 will be considered as unqualified. As with certificates of legal person, @Firma platform will remain the classification of these certificates (3 and 4), so that the impact on end-use applications, be the least possible, however, we must bear in mind that, from 1 july these certificates are unskilled
