The diagnostic service on line already offers the possibility of analyses with regard to the new methodology based on A 139803:2012 and which has been provisionally adopted for use by public administrations.

Within the initiative of the Observatory of Web Accessibility the diagnostic service on line enables any department of public administrations, automatic analysis of accessibility in conformity with the methodologies of the study of the observatory for web accessibility. The previously existing based, UNE 139803:2004 (similar to WCAG 1.0), joined those based on the UNE 139803:2012 (Opens in new window) (equivalent to WCAG 2.0).

The new methodology has been discussed and presented in the working group of websites of the AGE and the working group of "Observatory, indicators and measures of the Sectoral Committee" of E-government (AGE, REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS, EELL). With the collaboration of all areas involved has been adopted UNE 139803:2012 methodology (Opens in new window) that has served as a basis for building these new options in the diagnostic service online.

With the launch of the analyses in accordance with UNE 139803:2012 starts now the verification stage and evidence of this new methodology which it invited all agencies of the Public administrations. Can refer all feedback through the forums available in the community accessibility.

This methodology will be adopted as final once you have conducted the first iteration of evidence of the observatory and proven validity end on multiple portals.

The diagnostic service is available online through Accessibility community as a meeting point for the managers of websites of the public administrations of any administrative level (AGE, REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS, EELL, universities, other state entities, etc.). It can share information and experiences and resolve doubts. Any management of public administrations can request form part of this community and make use of the services offered.
