The regional government in the year 2016 the objective of eliminating the role in the relationship between the citizens and the administration

The president of the Xunta, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, launched the momentum to value the digitization of registries and set in the year 2016 the objective of eliminating the role in the citizens' relationship with the Administration.

The galician government stresses that the momentum to the digitization of registration offices is a fundamental step towards dealing with electronic 100%. So, it is at the controls currently in the Registrar General, will continue to spread over the last quarter of 2015 for the comprehensive searches of the regional government in Coruña, Lugo, Ferrol, Ourense, Pontevedra and Vigo, and it will be established in the 342 offices galician local administration over 2016.

The aim is that the digitalization reaches 533 offices within the System registry Único over 2016. In this way, be considered “ Galicia, for registration, as a single governance ”.

Once completed the process, any document that in these units will be collected and verified electronically in order to shape the digital file, which may be stored in Digital Archive of Galicia.

Also comes into operation the service Chave 365, simplifying telematics management with the administration. Similarly, answers to the difficulties of the use of electronic certificate will prevent persons who are not familiar with the use of new technologies should not be eligible for electronic services and would make it possible to move towards electronic headquarters mobile, facilitating access from mobile devices or tablets

This service may be requested from august in the General registry of the regional government and will be implemented progressively in the rest of the offices of the register.
