Today begins the connection to the beijing platform of Interconnection of records of the first offices of the register of La Rioja, both regional and local levels.
With the signing of the convention ORVE/SIR on 21 november 2014 began the process to enable the electronic register without papers to all public administrations of La Rioja.
Thanks to the common service ORVE we shall now proceed to the digitization at window with full legal validity and the electronic delivery to the office of destination competent administration in seconds.
The deployment of offices would be carried out gradually and in the coming months, the project will be fully implemented in La Rioja.
