This decree wants to contribute to achieving an effective administration, with a provision of quality and accessible by different channels open administration; one that promotes transparency, participation and collaboration; an efficient administration to improve the management and appropriate the organization, to simplify procedures and upgrade technology.

With this ordinance (caceres) addresses the construction of its specific model of electronic administration through the regulation of the elements that make up: electronic register, electronic file management, electronic archiving procedures, to register representatives.
