E-government is already installed in all municipalities with fewer than 20,000 people from the province of Málaga thanks to the programme Ágora, managed by the council and co-financed with european funds. It has announced today the vice-president of Open Government and new technologies, Francisco Oblaré, in the presentation of the study ‘ Analysis of the municipal websites' survey. conducted by the university of málaga (UMA) Vincent Almenara.
This study covers twenty different aspects in the municipalities of the province, almost all designed and commissioned by the council through its programmes and consultation. Concludes that nearly all of which use the email as the primary method of touch with users, but social networks are not yet in the majority (present in the 40 per cent).
