The council of ministers had adopted a Royal Decree regulating the Technical Committee of the Electronic Judicial Administration, which will hold the direction, coordination, momentum and powers to develop the framework of Judicial interoperability and safety (EJIS), in order to achieve interconnection informatics of the courts in spain.
The Government Technical Committee of the Electronic Judicial Administration includes within the section on justice, in the most ambitious blueprint for reform of public administrations which is expected to be present at the end of this month.
