The Cessation proposes a new strategy to boost development services in the cloud.

The Committee European Social and economic (END) has published an opinion which proposes an alternative to plan for "unlocking the potential of cloud computing in Europa" introduced by the European commission. Instead, the cessation proposes a strategy with three pillars, i.e., expand the use of the cloud, software development based on the cloud, and build cloud computing in Europe.

In an opinion recently approved, the committee European Social and economic (END) stresses that, while the HAT intends to correctly intended to spur use of cloud computing, HAT also leaves to stimulate the development of services in the cloud, and the urgency of the European infrastructure cloud computing. The Views evaluates the Communication of the European commission on "Unlocking the potential of cloud computing in Europa" presented in September 2012, and proposes a strategy of three pillars, i.e., expand the use of the cloud, software developed based on the cloud, and build cloud computing in Europe.
