Accessed at the same from the portal PAe-CTT through a link on the Links of the pages of common services and general information for each of the services provided to support the CAID. You can also access it using the link https :// valide.redsara.es/formulariosCAID/irMenuSolicitud.do

Key developments:

• Includes a user registration prior to the system, in order to facilitate the creation of later requests.
• It can provide additional information to a case already open directly through the form, with the ticket number, without the need to send e-mail.
• In the form of a link to the user manual to request technical support.
