This Royal Decree implementing regulations for the
Real Decreto-ley 12/2018
of 7 september, network and information systems, which transposed the directive (EU) 2016/1148 from the european parliament and of the council of 6 july 2016, concerning measures to guarantee a high common level of security of networks and information systems in the union, in order to develop and implement their aspects.
Is divided into five chapters (general provisions, strategic and institutional framework, security requirements, management of security incidents, and monitoring), four additional provisions, four final provisions and an annex (national Instruction of notification and incident management.
