Article 28.2 of Law 39 / 2015 Common administrative procedure (Opens in new window) collects, as the right of every citizen, which he does not have to provide any information or document held by the public administration.

The exchange of data between AAPP is therefore a fundamental task in providing advanced services of electronic administration to citizens, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations.

Intermediated types of services

Direct services to citizens
