We have prepared the report on the basis of information provided by the bodies of the General state administration, autonomous bodies, entities and Common Services of Social security, state agencies, Business Or Public Entities and other public bodies in analysing different aspects relating to costs associated with the information and communication technologies and with the development of electronic administration.
We stress that the total expenditure increased by only ICT a point when it comes to 2015, achieving, in 2016, a 4,70 per cent of total expenditure in the area discussed. Within this expenditure has been the expenditure in computer services which has increased 10 points, to 2015, to 56 per cent of the total; while under personnel costs had decreased 5 points, placing their participation in 22 per cent.
The 63 per cent of expenditure software aglutinaron as the ministries of employment and Social security, finance and public administration and Justice. However, 64.5 per cent of expenditure of staff concentrated the first two Ministries together with The Interior.
