The decree of electronic administration integrated into a single body of the regulation of the above-mentioned areas and incorporates other matters arising from new requirements, such as the web board, the autonomy of Platform Interoperability to verify data and documents, as well as of the document and the electronic file management, linked in the life of the electronic brief.

The preamble of decree no. 220/2014, of 12 december, del Consell, explains that the regulation of electronic administration de la Comunitat Valenciana was approved in the framework of simplifying and improving regulations establishing the Plan SIRCA-2 and in accordance with the need to continue the development of electronic administration.
