How to deploy cloud governmental safely?

The network and Information (ENISA) has published a handbook of good practices to deploy clouds governmental safely. Spain, together with The United Kingdom and France, has been one of the first countries that had already begun to deploy a cloud infrastructure for the public sector.

In this report analyses the ENISA member states with their corresponding cloud infrastructure governmental and highlights the diversity in the adoption of the cloud computing in the public sector in europe. Through this document ENISA aims to assist member states in the development of a national strategy in the implementation of the cloud computing to understand the current barriers. In addition, it proposes solutions to overcome these barriers and to share best practices that lead to a common set of requirements for all Member states.

The first countries to deploy cloud solutions in the public sector: the united kingdom, Spain and france. All of them have published a strategy of Cloud have detailed and concrete measures of implementation. In Addition, there was a growing awareness of the positive impact that can generate the cloud in the economy, and at the national governments are carrying out investment in initiatives and activities for Smes and public bodies with a very practical approaches.

An example of public service in way cloud of the spanish administration was the invoice. This is a service of cloud SaaS (Software as a Service) offered by the network SARA. The conversion of SARA in the platform to offer services cloud for the public sector was initiated in 2012.
