The aim of the network is the exchange of experiences and working together to develop a model of sustainable management to improve the quality of life of the neighbours, focusing on aspects such as energy saving, sustainable mobility, e-government people or the security council, among others.
In addition to Alcobendas, the network consists of cities in Alicante, Burgos, Cáceres, castellón, córdoba, Guadalajara, Huesca, La coruña, Lugo, logroño, Madrid, malaga, Murcia, Palencia, Pamplona, Rivas Vaciamadrid, Sabadell, Salamanca, Santander, Segovia, Valencia, Valladolid, Vitoria and Zaragoza.
