On 4 march 2007 on a new channel production for the opening of incidents at the centre of attention integrators and Developers (CAID)
The normal channels of e-mail and telephone joins the WEB form of a request for technical support, is accessible from the portal PAe _ PTT through a link on paragraph contact details given on General info tab.
This form contains data necessary to open a support request: name of the agency, contact person (name, surname, telephone and e-mail address), Enabling affected, text field in which describe the requirements of the user and three more fields that allow to append files with supplementary information as ACL ’ s, Log ’ s, etc … the application is processed when you click on “ e-mail ”.
