Cyber law of the HAT and framework of cyber certification

In order to expand the response of the HAT to cyberattacks, improve resilience and cyber increase confidence in the Digital Single Market, the European Regulation of cybersecurity UE strengthens ENISA, the agency of the European Union for cybersecurity.

The aim of the European rules of cyber (Opens in new window) is threefold:

  1. The main objective of the regulation is to strengthen ENISA to improve coordination and cooperation on cyber-security in all member states of the HAT and institutions, agencies and bodies of the UE
  2. Provides a framework for cybersecurity certification of the HAT that will allow the emergence of certification schemes personalized for specific categories of products, processes and services of TIC.
  3. And, of course, expand the response of the European Union to cyberattacks, to improve the resilience and cyber increase confidence in the Digital Single Market.
