ORVE meets all the requirements as to registries under the law 39/2015

ORVE has the functionalities needed to be completely adapted to the law 39/2015, providing an electronic record interoperable and interconnected.

The shared service ORVE registration (Office of the Virtual record) of the SGAD (Secretariat-General for administration Digital) allows the exchange between registry OAMR (Offices for assistance on Records).

Previously only performing ORVE exchange of registration integrated with other administrations in SIR (network system of records).

Since november 2018, ORVE does not require additional implementation in order to provide the service providers to complete a public administration as provided in article 16 of law 39/2015, of 1 october, of Common Administrative Procedure of the public authorities.

ORVE also allows the realization of seats to the agency itself (presentations window for themselves) and outings for citizens, businesses and other authorities who are not yet integrated into SIR.
In addition ORVE offers web services that are adequate to integrate it with other management applications using ORVE Administrations as registration and electronic headquarters of the government services are available query web services to extract information and services ORVE registration point registal annotation and eventually shipment by SIR.
