The INAP in collaboration with the direction of information technology and communications organize a two-day conference that will address developments concerning the administrative procedure included in legislation 39/2015 and 40/2015.
The laws 39/2015 and 40/2015 pose an update and adapt to the 21st century the functioning of the administration. Set the electronic processing procedures must be the usual performance of all administrations, both in its relationship with citizens as in internal management and exchanges of information between different agencies. Do, moreover, placed in the document, file and electronic file, requiring further digital transformation of public administrations, thereby gain of efficiency and quality of the services provided to citizens.
