In the BOE of 14 july 1998, published the
Resolution of 18 june 1998
of the national commission for cooperation between public administrations in the field of information systems and technology (COAXI), convened the V Jornadas on information technologies for the modernization of public administrations (TECNIMAP '1998) .the V Jornadas were held in Salamanca on 28, 29 and 30 october, in partnership with the Provincial deputation of Salamanca and the national institute of public administration, in accordance with the following agenda:
