Method to rotate an image 90,180 or 270 degrees.

Parameters:

image - Image that will be rotate.

angle - Rotated angle. The allowed values are 90, 180 or 270.

imageFormat - Format of image.

Returns:

Rotated image.

Throws:

UtilsException
