CSPLIB FORMAT
There are two types of CSPlib formats: Non dimensional and dimensional.
	Non dimensional format is not restricted in the number of dimensions used.

 	Dimensional CSPlib format is limited to 4 dimensions in JCSP.
 	Equations are not written in the input file and they are generated automatically by JCSP, so the order of the cells is relevant.
 	Dimensional format has been supported for testing purposes

* Non dimensional File Format:
[Preambule]
First line must be a 0 number (non dimensional).
Second line indicates the number of tabular data cells.

Example1 and Example2 contain the same problem.
Example1 shows a non dimensional input file. In these files cells and equations are written in the input file and the order of them is not relevant
Example2 shows a dimensional input file.
Cell Id = 0 represents a marginal cell in a dimension. For instance: Cell (0 1) = Cell (1 1) + Cell (2 1) + Cell (3 1)
