The community of Madrid strongly advocates improve efficiency, productivity, transparency and quality of services the citizen, enabling and improve the electronic channel .
In parallel, there has been a rapid progress of the information society, desarrollándose múltiples proyectos en distintos ámbitos, que, apoyados en las TICs, están facilitando el desarrollo de una Admon más eficaz y eficiente. Main challenges and key aspects for the implementation
